Question : My product has not arrived or is late
Answer : We are monitoring your product as well, if at any stage it is going to be a few (2 days late) we will notify you immediately.
If the product is any later than this you have a few options:
- You can choose to wait and you will receive a coupon code to the value of 15 dollars off your next purchase.
- Wait for the product and get 15 dollars refunded into your account for the longer than expected shipping time.
- You can request a full refund which will be done within 24 hours.
