Question : My product has not arrived or is late
Answer : We are monitoring your product as well, if at any stage it is going to be a few (2 days late) we will notify you immediately.
If the product is any later than this you have a few options:
      1. You can choose to wait and you will receive a coupon code to the value of 15 dollars off your next purchase.
      2. Wait for the product and get 15 dollars refunded into your account for the longer than expected shipping time.
      3. You can request a full refund which will be done within 24 hours.
